SquadPact is operated by Veltarium Software (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use SquadPact.
SquadPact helps recreational sports teams organize themselves: rosters, schedules, RSVPs, team chat, payment coordination, and mirrored league schedules and standings. It is a coordination tool — we are not a sports league, a payment processor, or a party to any agreement between you, your team, or your league.
You agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the content you post (team details, messages, images). You grant us a license to store and display it as needed to operate the service — for example, showing your messages and RSVPs to other members of your teams. Team managers can manage rosters, including removing members. Content you share with a team is visible to that team.
SquadPact relies on services like Clerk (auth), Stripe (fee processing), payment apps, and push providers. Your use of those is also governed by their terms, and we're not responsible for them.
We mirror publicly available league data (teams, schedules, scores) from sources such as gssl.org and seattlerats.org. It's provided as-is and may be incomplete or out of date — always confirm game details with your league.
SquadPact is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that league data, schedules, or notifications will be accurate. We are not responsible for disputes between members, missed games, or payment disagreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltarium Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SquadPact. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50.
You can stop using SquadPact and delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Some content may remain visible to teammates or be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We'll note material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
