SquadPact is operated by Veltarium Software. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
Open the SquadPact app (or sign in at squadpact.com)
Go to the Profile tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Can't access your account? Email support@squadpact.com from the email address registered to the account and we'll process the deletion for you.
What gets deleted
Immediately: your sign-in access is severed and your account can no longer be used.
Within 30 days: personal data is deleted or anonymized — name, email address, profile photo, payment platform usernames (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal), and push notification tokens.
Within 1 year: your chat messages and uploaded photos. Until then they remain visible to your former teammates in anonymized form (shown without your identity), preserving team conversation history.
What we keep
Anonymized records required for team bookkeeping (e.g., a payment marked as received stays in the team's ledger without your identity attached).
Administrative and security audit logs, in anonymized form.
None of the retained records can be used to identify you.
